Our delivery time starts from the moment the order is accepted, allowing the 24-hour period in which your items will be processed and dispatched from our studio. Please note, that this process may take longer in sale season, holiday season or weekends, when it can take up to 48 hours for shipments to be sent. In case that you are ordering an item from previous collections, it is produced specifically for you from the moment you purchase the product where it takes up to 14 days for delivery. We are working closely with our transport partners to minimize the potential problems which could affect the delay of your order and we try to improve our transport rates every day. delivery in Slovakia and Czech Republic is for free. If we are sending outside of the EU, you may pay the taxes and duties.

Europe - Free delivery for orders above €150 and estimated delivery for orders under €149 it is €15
Rest of Europe - Free delivery for orders above €200 and estimated delivery for orders below €199 it is €20
To return the item (s) make sure that the WHITE TAG is still attached with plastic cord and it is not broken or otherwise damaged or glued, because in those cases we cannot accept the return. For your comfort claim or replacing the item simply fill in the attached form and send it back to us. If you are returning items outside of Slovakia, please use the service with the tracking number, for you to avoid delays and problems.
